Téma mé bakalářské práce je Bolest a porod. Téma mě zaujalo, a proto jsem si ho vybrala. V teoretické části píši obecně o tom, co to bolest je a na jaké druhy se dělí. Podrobně jsem se snažila popsat především bolest porodní, která s porodem velice souvisí. Jde totiž o přirozený stav, který provází téměř kařdý porod. Zaměřila jsem se na to, jak bolest vzniká a co se dá dělat, aby byla porodní bolest mírnější. Metody se dělí na metody farmakologické a nefarmakologické.V mé bakalářské práci jsem si stanovila tři cíle a snimi související hypotézy.Výzkumným šetřením byly rodičky na oddělení šestinedělí v Nemocnic a. s. České Budějovice. Byla použita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu a ke sběru dat by použit anonymní dotazník.Bylo rozdáno 100 dotazníků a návratnost byla 90.Ve výzkumné části bylo zjištěno, že hypotéza 1 a 2 byla potvrzena a hypotéza 3 potvrzena nebyla. Bakalářská práce by se dala použít, jako informační materiál pro rodičky, které neví o možnosti využití metod na tišení porodních bolestí.A dále, jako informační materiál pro studenty Zdravotně sociální fakulty. The topic of my bachelor thesis is pain and confinement. The reason why I selected the topic is that it holds my interest. The theoretical part contains general information explaining what pain is and stating what kinds of pain there are. I aimed to describe in detail in particular parturition that is closely associated with confinement. It is a natural state accompanying almost every confinement. I focused on the mechanism of pain origin and the methods of parturition alleviating. Nowadays parturition can be prevented by various methods. The methods are divided into pharmacological and non-pharmacological. In my bachelor thesis I set three objectives and hypotheses associated with them.The research set were women in the puerperal ward of Nemocnice a. s. České Budějovice. The method of quantitative research was used and the data were collected by means of an anonymous questionnaire.100 questionnaires were distributed, of which 90 were returned.The research part has revealed that hypotheses 1 and 2 have been confirmed and hypothesis 3 potvrena not. The bachelor thesis could be used as an information material for the women in childbed who are not aware of the opportunity to utilize pain relieving methods.Furthermore, as information material for students of medical science.
