Bakalářská práce se zabýváproblematikou stresu u vedoucích pracovníků a jakým způsobem stres kompenzují. Je zaměřena na příčiny, klasifikaci, příznaky, důsledky a kompenzace stresu s aspektem na pracovní stres v souvislosti na manažery. The Bachelor Thesis deals with the issueof stress in managersand with the way managers compensate their stress. This Bachelor thesis concentrated the theoretical part on the causes, clasification, signs, consequences and compensation of stress with focus on work stress related to managers
