V této práci jsme se zabývali krajským zřízením v České republice. Na úvod jsme vymezili některé základní pojmy související s problematikou krajského zřízení, a to správní právo a jeho základní zásady, dále jsme definovali veřejnou správu, vymezili jsme územní samosprávu, podali jsme definici krajského zřízení. A zabývali jsme se i některými dalšími pojmy. V další části této práce jsme se věnovali historií krajského zřízení na území Čech a Moravy. Prošli jsme jednotlivé historické fáze vývoje krajského zřízení od počátku 13. století, přes období husitství, období 30tileté války, období osvícenského absolutismu až k přechodu od feudalismu ke kapitalismu. Další hlava byla věnována období rakouské monarchie od roku 1848. Historický přehled krajského zřízení jsme zakončili nástinem vývoje krajského zřízení po 2. světové válce a v období komunistické diktatury do roku 1989. Ve čtvrté části této práce jsme pojednali o krajském zřízení v současnosti a úvahách de lege lata. Vymezili jsme ústavní základy územní samosprávy a krajského zřízení dle Ústavy ČR, Listiny a dle ústavního zákona č. 347/1997 Sb. Pojednali jsme o právní úpravě obsažené v Evropské chartě místní samosprávy. A samozřejmě jsme se podrobně věnovali i právní úpravě krajského zřízení obsažené v zákonně č. 129/2000 Sb., o krajích. Title of the rigorous thesis: Regional Establishment and other Selected Aspects of Public Administration in the Czech Republic Three key words: Supreme State Authorities (State Departments) Regional Authorities County Authorities Abstsract: In this thesis, we have dealt with the regional system in the Czech Republic. At the beginning, we defined some basic concepts related to the issue of regional establishment, namely administrative law and its basic principles, we defined public administration, we defined local self-government, we gave a definition of regional establishment. We have also dealt with some other concepts. In the next part of this thesis, we have dealt with the history of the regional system in Bohemia and Moravia. We have gone through the various historical phases of the development of the regional system from the beginning of the 13th century, through the Hussite period, the period of the Thirty Years' War, the period of enlightened absolutism and the transition from feudalism to capitalism. The next chapter was devoted to the period of the Austrian monarchy from 1848 onwards. The historical overview of the regional system ended with an outline of the development of the regional system after World War II. and during the period of communist dictatorship until 1989.
