Diplomová práce se zabývá sudetoněmeckým šlechtickým rodem Hartigů z Mimoně v první polovině 20. století. Jakožto příslušníci vysoké aristokracie, rakouští občané a obyvatelé Sudet čelili Hartigové v této době významným politickým změnám. Cílem práce je zodpovědět otázku, jakým způsobem se Hartigové s těmito změnami vyrovnávali. Zvláštní pozornost si přitom vyžadují případy, při kterých se jejich role rakouských státních příslušníků, sudetských Němců a československých obyvatel dostávaly do konfliktu. Práce je případovou studií, která zpracovává osudy příslušníků rodu Hartigů na základě dostupných archivních pramenů. Provedený výzkum ukázal, že hlavním cílem všech představitelů rodu Hartigů bylo setrvat v Mimoni i za cenu vysokých finančních a společenských ústupků. Jejich zemský patriotismus, vážící se k rodovému sídlu v Mimoni, neoslabily ekonomické problémy ani střídání politických režimů na tomto území. Hartigové se kvůli svému rodovému sídlu v Mimoni byli ochotni s československými úřady soudit, nebo se naopak přizpůsobit nacistickému režimu. Následnou vynucenou repatriaci do Rakouska po konci druhé světové války nesli s nechutí, přestože Rakousko vždy považovali za místo jejich původu a obecně lepší místo k životu. The master thesis focuses on Sudeten German aristocratic family of Hartig from Mimoň during the first half of the 20th century. The Hartig family - as many other members of the aristocratic elite, Austrian citizens and Sudeten German inhabitants - faced important political changes at that time. The aim of the thesis is to answer the question how did the Hartig family deal with these changes. Special attention was aimed to the cases, in which their roles of Austrian citizens, Sudeten Germans and Czechoslovakia inhabitants came into conflict. The thesis is a case study which deals with the life stories of the Hartig family from the available archival materials. Conducted research exposed that the main aim of the members of the Hartig family was to stay in Mimoň even at the cost of a great financial and social concessions. Their attachment to the family residence in Mimoň was not weakened neither by economic problems nor by changing of the political regimes in the region. Hartig family was willing to litigate with the Czechoslovak offices or on the contrary adapt themselves to the Nazi regime because of their seat in Mimoň. They were reluctant to the subsequent repatriation to Austria after the end of the second world war, although they always perceived Austria as the place of the family's origin and...
