Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika menšin ve společnosti v České republice v souvislosti s činností Policie České republiky v této oblasti. Cílem této práce je zjistit v rámci Jihočeského kraje, jaké jsou oficiální aktivity Policie ČR ve vztahu k menšinám. Dále pak zjistit, jak jsou vnímáni příslušníci menšin ze strany policistů, představit strategie Policie České republiky pro svou práci ve vztahu k menšinám a další projekty a činnosti Policie ČR, ve vztahu k menšinám. Ve stati práce se věnuji základní terminologii týkající se problematiky národnostních menšin, mezinárodní legislativě a legislativě České republiky týkající se problematiky menšin. Dále se budu zabývat úkoly policie ve vztahu k menšinám, přijímáním příslušníků menšin k Policii ČR, strategiemi pro práci Policie ČR ve vztahu k menšinám, institutem styčného důstojníka a jeho pracovní skupinou. V další části práce se orientačním průzkumem pokusím zjistit, jak policisté vnímají příslušníky menšin. Průzkum byl proveden formou rozhovoru na základě připravené osnovy s policisty, kteří pracují v okrese Český Krumlov. Práce může posloužit jako obecný přehled problematiky menšin ve společnosti ve vztahu k Policii ČR a jako přehled činnosti Policie ČR v této oblasti, dále může být využita k přijetí opatření ke zlepšení vztahů mezi Policií ČR a příslušníky menšin a k lepší komunikaci mezi zúčastněnými stranami. The subject of the bachelor´s work is the issue of the minority groups in the society in the Czech Republic in connection with the activity of the Police of the Czech Republic in this field. The aim of this work is to find out within the South-Bohemia Region, what activities are the official activities of the Police CR in relation to the minority groups. Further to find out, how the members of minorities are treated from the side of policemen, to introduce the Police CR´s Policy towards the minority groups that is used in the practice and other projects and activities of the Police CR in this field. In one part of the work, I explain the basic concepts related to the issue of the national minorities, the international legislation and the legislation of the Czech Republic related to the issue of the minority groups. Further I will deal with the police tasks towards the minority groups, with the institute of liaison officer and his working group. In the other part of the work, I will try to find out by means of the orientation research, how the policemen reflect the members of minory groups. The research was conducted on the base of the prepared outline in the form of the interview with policemen that work in the district of Český Krumlov. The work can serve as a general overview of the issue of the minority groups in the society related to the Police CR and as a overview of the activities of the Police CR in this field, further it can be used for acceptance of precautions for improving the relations between the Police CR and members of the minority groups and for better communication between parties involved.
