Terorismus, obzvlášť jeho mezinárodní forma patří k nejzávažnějším rizikům ohrožujícím celou lidskou civilizaci. Terorismus je závislý na médiích a do jisté míry jsou i média závislá na terorismu. Pro média terorismus totiž znamená velice atraktivní přísun informací. Zajišťuje větší sledovanost. Bez médií by byl terorismus jen lokální záležitostí a z hlediska globální bezpečnosti by měl minimální význam. Současný stav je zaměřen na charakteristiku terorismu, jeho rozdělení, možnosti ochrany obyvatelstva a působnosti integrovaného záchranného systému, varianty boje a opatření proti terorismu. Jsou zde popsána jednotlivá média, která ovlivňují společnost s následným šířením poplašných zpráv, vydíráním a pácháním dalších trestných činů. Dále jsou v této části práce zmíněny osobnosti teroristů a jejich vlastnosti a rysy. Cílem výzkumné části této bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat a konkrétně popsat nárůst zneužití problematiky terorismu ve společnosti v rámci její průběžné medializace a dále odhalit konkrétní zdroje, které toto případné zneužití ve společnosti realizují. Ke zpracování byla použita metoda kvantitativního sociologického výzkumu. Data byla nashromážděna ze statistik a spisových materiálů Policie České republiky a hlášení Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. Bakalářská práce mapuje a zvýrazňuje možné souvislosti mezi medializací dané problematiky a výskytu hrozeb, na které bylo nutné reagovat v rámci činnosti policie, ale i složek integrovaného záchranného systému. Odkrývá některé z motivů pachatelů, které jedince či skupiny osob vedly k tomu, aby danou hrozbu realizovali a to vše v kontextu s výše popsanou medializací. V případě medializace jsou v naší společnosti síly, které pak toto zneužívají, ať k vyřizování si svých osobních náležitostí, či šíření poplašných zpráv bez udání bližšího důvodu. The terrorism, especially its international form belongs to the most serious risks threatening all the human population. The terrorism depends on media and in some way as well as media depend on the terrorism. Thus the terrorism means for media a very attractive input of information. It provides a greater audience. The terrorism without media would be only a local matter and in terms of global security it would have a minimal importance. The current status is focused on a characteristic of the terrorism, its division, possibilities to protect the population and a scope of the Integrated Rescue System, variations and measures of the fight against the terrorism. There are described different types of media which impact on the society with subsequent spreading of startlers, blackmailing and committing other crimes. Then there are mentioned personalities of terrorists and their characteristics and features in this part of the thesis. A goal of the research part of this bachelor thesis was to map and to concretely describe an increase of an abuse of the terrorism issues in the society under the continuous media coverage and then to identify specific sources realizing the possible abuse in the society. There was used a method of the quantitative sociological research. Data were collected from statistics and Czech Police record materials and Czech Fire Rescue reports. The bachelor thesis maps and highlights possible connections between the media coverage of this issue and an occurrence of threats, to which it was necessary to respond within activities of Police as well as Integrated Rescue system. It reveals some motives of perpetrators, which led individuals or groups to the realization of the threat and all that in the context with above described media coverage. In the case of media coverage there are powers in our society, which can then exploit this situation to settle their personal business or to spread startlers without giving any further details.
