Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá technikou biofeedback a jejím vztahem k výchově ke zdraví se zaměřením na muže ve věku 20 {--} 35 let, kteří jsou každodenně vystaveni působení stresu, hluku, přehnaných nároků a celkově nesprávného způsobu života, který má ve svých důsledcích nepříznivý vliv na jejich fyzické, psychické, sociální i duchovní zdraví. Cílem práce je přiblížit a klasifikovat přístroje využívající techniku biofeedback a podat ucelený přehled možností jejich využití ve vztahu ke zdraví a celkovému pocitu pohody člověka. Výzkumná část přináší poznatky o nízké informovanosti skupiny mužů ve věku 20 {--} 35 let v problematice biofeedbacku. Z laboratorního měření přístrojem Biofeedback 2000 x-pert pak vzešly poznatky o pozitivním vlivu zpětné vazby na fyziologické funkce lidského organizmu, konkrétně na snižování klidové dechové frekvence u měřených probandů. Výzkumná část dále upozorňuje na větší vliv audiální zpětné vazby na proces dýchání v porovnání se zpětnou vazbou vizuální. V neposlední řadě se tato práce snaží zdůraznit fakt, že význam techniky biofeedback má vzrůstající tendenci v oblasti diagnostiky, terapie i tréninku, a že tato technika má své místo i na poli prevence. This bachelor's thesis deals with the Biofeedback Technique and its relationship to health education with a focus on men aged 20 {--} 35 years, who are daily exposed to stress, noise, excessive demands and generally by an unhealthy lifestyle, which in its consequences affects their physical, mental, social and also spiritual health. The aim of this thesis is to classify the devices which use the technique of biofeedback and give a comprehensive overview of the possibilities of their usage in relation to health and overall well-being of man. The research part brings piece of knowledge about low awareness of a group of men aged 20 {--} 35 years about the issue of biofeedback. The laboratory measurement made by Biofeedback 2000 x-pert device showed a positive effect of feedback on physiological function of human body, in particular to reduce the resting respiratory rate measured by the chosen persons. The research section also points to a larger influence of the auditory feedback on the process of breathing in comparison with the visual feedback. Finally, this work tries to emphasize the fact that the importance of biofeedback technique has an upward trend in diagnosis, therapy and training, and that this technique has its place on the field of prevention.
