Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem slow fashion, který ve formě hnutí vznikl jako reakce na vývoj dnešního módního průmyslu. V první části je nejdříve vysvětlen pojem fast fashion, jeho hlavní znaky, obchodní modely, které vedly k jeho vzniku, jako je například outsourcing a také jeho socio- environmentální dopady. Dále se práce věnuje postupnému pronikání konceptu udržitelnosti do módního průmyslu a následnému vzniku konceptu slow fashion. Druhá část na základě kvalitativního výzkumu ve formě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se zabývá vybranými značkami české slow fashion módy. Výzkum analyzuje primárně hlavní motivace zakladatelek vybraných značek k jejich založení, přístup těchto firem k výrobě a distribuci produktů a jejich celkový postoj k dnešní módě. The first part explains the term fast fashion, its main features, business models that lead to its creation such as outsourcing and its social and environmental impacts. Moreover, it deals with the gradual infiltration of sustainability into the fashion industry and the subsequent emergence of slow fashion. Based on qualitative research in the form of semi- structured interviews, the practical part examines specific Czech slow fashion brands. The research primarily analyses the motivation of the founders behind building the selected brands, the approach of these companies to the production and distribution of their products and their overall attitude towards today's fashion.
