Cílem práce je analyzovat používání nástrojů marketingové komunikace u nestátní neziskové organizace v oblasti ochrany spotřebitele. Pro svou práci jsem si vybrala konkrétně SOS - Sdružení obrany spotřebitelů, o. s. a jeho pobočku v Českých Budějovicích - Spotřebitelské informační centrum České Budějovice. The aim is to analyze the use of marketing communication tools for non-profit organizations in consumer protection. For my work I chose specifically SOS - Consumers Defence Association, o.s. and its branch in Ceske Budejovice - Consumer Information Centre Ceske Budejovice.
