Název práce: Problematika transgender sportovců a sportovkyň ve výkonnostním a vrcholovém sportu Autor: Bc. Matyáš Kubů Cíl: Komplexně rozebrat problematiku transgender sportovců z pohledu férovosti a inkluzivity do sportu a z pohledu jejich případného sportovního zvýhodnění čiznevýhodnění. Představit pravidla způsobilosti ve vybraných sportech a navrhnout změny pravidel tak, aby se zvýšila možnost férové inkluze trans sportovců. Metody: Rešerše odborné literatury a vědeckých článků relevantních k tématu. Kompilace různých názorů k danému tématu a následná syntéza získaných poznatků pro navržení férového zařazení transgender sportovců do sportu. Aplikace získaných poznatků do současné sportovní praxe a vytvoření návrhů pro změnu kategorizace a vhodnou inkluzi transgender sportovců do vybraných sportů. Závěr: Problematika transgender sportovců je velice důležité téma, které je nutné podrobit dlouhé řadě výzkumů, jak empirických, tak analyticko-filosofických, aby bylo možné rozluštit celkovou komplexnost problému a dostat se k uspokojivému závěru. Věřím, že se mi povedlo částečně popsat a vysvětlit problematiku transgender sportovců na základě odborné literatury a vědeckých článků. Na základě rozdílností mezi mužským a ženským tělem jsem popsal mužskou výhodu ve většině sportů a diskuzí politik... Matyáš Kubů Objectives: To comprehensively analyse the issue of transgender athletes from the perspective of fairness and inclusivity in sport and from the perspective of their potential sporting advantage or disadvantage. To present eligibility rules in selected sports and propose rule changes to increase the possibility of fair inclusion of trans athletes. Methods: Review of literature and scientific articles relevant to the topic. Compilation of different views on the topic and subsequent synthesis of the findings to propose the inclusion of transgender athletes in sport. Application of the knowledge gained to current sporting practice and development of proposals for recategorisation and appropriate inclusion of transgender athletes in selected sports. Conclusion: The issue of transgender athletes is a very important topic that needs to be subjected to a long series of researches, both empirical and analytical-philosophical, in order to unravel the overall complexity of the problem and reach a satisfactory conclusion.
