Autor: Michaela Matušková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou periferní paraparéza dolních končetin na podkladě degenerativních změn páteře Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování terapeutických poznatků o diagnóze periferní paraparéza dolních končetin a vytvoření kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče u pacienta s touto diagnózou a zpracování výsledků Metody: Obecná část se zabývá danou diagnózou, vymezuje pojmy důležité pro pochopení dané problematiky, podrobně se zabývá možnostmi rehabilitace. Část speciální je vytvořena kazuistikou pacienta s diagnózou periferní paraparéza dolních končetin a zpracováním zjištěných dat. Výsledky: Sestavený rehabilitační plán popsaný ve speciální části pomohl pacientovi ke zlepšení jeho stavu. Methods: The general part is about the information of diagnosis and explanation main terms about the disease and about suitable therapeutic methods, that could be used. The case study consist of kinesiological examination, physiotherapeutic plan and therapy, ten therapeutic units, the final kinesiological examination and effects of therapy.
