Tato diplomová práce se věnuje oblasti forenzní, tj. soudní sociální práce, respektive pozici soudního sociálního pracovníka, jež je předmětem pilotního testování na daných okresních soudech v České republice v rámci projektu Justiční akademie "Zlepšení přístupu zranitelných skupin osob ke spravedlnosti". Primárním cílem této práce je posoudit, jaký význam má pozice soudního sociálního pracovníka v českém justičním systému v rámci soudních řízení ve věcech péče o nezletilé děti z pohledu soudního sociálního pracovníka. Teoretická část představuje zahraniční i české pojetí forenzní sociální práce a roli forenzního sociálního pracovníka v zahraničí, seznamuje s projektem Justiční akademie, jeho projektovými aktivitami a inspirativními zahraničními modely a přístupy, jež jsou testovány při utváření praxe v českém prostředí. Velká pozornost je zde věnována samotné pozici soudního sociálního pracovníka a roli soudního sociálního pracovníka v rámci řízení ve věcech péče soudu o nezletilé dle zákona č. 292/2013 Sb., o zvláštních řízeních soudních. Praktická část diplomové práce je postavena na kvalitativním typu výzkumu, v rámci něhož byla užita technika polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. This diploma thesis is focused on forensic social work and the position of a forensic social worker, which is the subject of pilot testing in some district courts in the Czech Republic within the "Improvement of access to justice for vulnerable groups" Judicial Academy project. The primary goal of this thesis is to assess the importance of the position of the forensic social worker in the Czech justice system in the context of judicial care for minors from the point of view of the forensic social worker. The theoretical part of this thesis presents foreign and Czech forensic social work concepts and the role of a forensic social worker abroad. It also presents the Judicial Academy project, its activities and inspiring foreign models and approaches that are tested when shaping practice in the Czech environment. Focus is put on the position of the forensic social worker and the role of the forensic social worker in judicial care for minors according to Act No. 292/2013 Coll., on special court proceedings. The empirical part of this thesis is based on a qualitative type of research in which the technique of semi-structured interviews was used.
