Programy zacházení pro ženy ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody v České republice a zahraničí Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou programů zacházení pro ženy ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Cílem práce bylo přiblížení problematiky současných programů zacházení ve Věznici Opava. V teoretické části diplomové práce je popsána ženská vězeňská populace a její specifika, dále vybrané zahraniční úpravy i základní principy obsažené v mezinárodních dokumentech zaměřených na tuto oblast, definice a dělení programů zacházení, charakteristika současných ženských věznic na území České republiky a popis současných standardizovaných programů zacházení v ženských věznicích. Práce se zaměřuje také na některé vybrané nedostatky programů zacházení, v poslední části teoretické práce jsou zmíněny moderní vězeňské systémy uplatňované vůči ženám i vůči matkám ve věznicích. V praktické části práce byla pro zjištění cílů práce zvolena strategie kvalitativního výzkumu, technika dotazování a polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Mými respondentkami byly ženy, které byly v minulosti jednou či vícekrát odsouzeny k výkonu trestu odnětí svobody ve Věznici Opava a mají tak zkušenosti s programy zacházení. Dále bylo použito expertní dotazníkové šetření se strukturovanými otevřenými otázkami. Skupinou respondentů pro tuto část byli odborní... Treatment Programs aimed at Women Serving a Unconditional Sentence of Imprisonment in Czech Republic and Abroad Abstract The diploma thesis deals with the topic of treatment programs for women in prison. The aim of the work was to approach the issue of current treatment programs in the Opava Prison. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis is described the female prison population and its specifics as well as selected foreign regulations and basic principles contained in international documents focused on this area, the definition and division of treatment programs, a description of the current women's prisons in the territory of the Czech Republic and the characteristics of the current standardized treatment programs in women's prisons. The diploma thesis also focuses on some selected shortcomings of treatment programs, in the last part of the theoretical work are mentioned some modern prison systems applied to women in general and to mothers in prisons. In the practical part of the work, the strategy of qualitative research, the technique of questioning and the semi-structured interview technique were chosen to determine the objectives of the work.
