[cze][eng] Canisterapie ? krizová intervence (C-KI) je v České republice velmi málo známou a rozšířenou metodou canisterapie. Cílem této práce je rozšíření povědomí v odborné veřejnosti, za účelem lepší spolupráce integrovaného záchranného systému (IZS) a většího využití potenciálu, který tato metoda nabízí. V teoretické části je popsán IZS, v němž C-KI působí jako ostatní složka. Dále je metoda usazena v teorii zooterapie a canisterapie. Pro úplnost problematiky je zde věnovaná samostatná kapitola krizové intervenci z obecného pohledu. Velkou část práce tvoří vymezení metody C-KI se snahou o komplexní shrnutí podle všech dostupných zdrojů. Výzkum rozděluji na dvě části. První část tvoří pilotážní dotazník a věnuji se v něm hledání odpovědi na výzkumnou otázku ?Jaké znalosti mají vybrané složky IZS o C-KI??. V této kvantitativní části výzkumu stanovuji hypotézu ?Vybrané složky IZS ve většině případů neznají metodu C-KI.?. Mezi vybrané složky zařazuji vždy jedno středisko Zdravotnické záchranné služby a jedno středisko regionální Záchranné brigády kynologů v každém kraji České republiky. Celkem bylo rozesláno dvacet osm dotazníků metodou CASI (Computer Assisted Self Interviewing). Návratnost dotazníků byla 57%. Dotazníkovým šetřením se potvrdila stanovená hypotéza, že vybrané složky IZS ve většině případů neznají metodu C-KI. Dílčím výsledkem je v 81% odpovědí potvrzený zájem o další informace o metodě ve vybraných složkách IZS. Druhá část výzkumu se snaží metodou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru najít odpověď na druhou výzkumnou otázku ?Co všechno může C-KI nabídnout??. Rozhovory byly celkem tři vždy s jedním odborníkem, který se setkal s metodou C-KI při cvičení a/nebo v praxi. Z rozhovorů je patrná důležitost a význam C-KI a výčet oblastí, v kterých může nabídnout pomoc při mimořádné události. Jedná se například o organizaci evakuovaných obyvatel, péče o ně v evakuačním centru, psychosociální pomoc obětem v krizi a psychická i organizační pomoc pro složky IZS. K dosažení vytyčeného cíle zvýšení povědomí o metodě C-KI v odborné veřejnosti za účelem lepší spolupráce IZS a většího využití potenciálu, který tato metoda nabízí, je praktickým výstupem práce brožura určená pro složky IZS. Tato stručná publikace zaměřená na nejdůležitější informace o metodě C-KI bude odeslána na e-mail Generálního ředitelství hasičského záchranného sboru a v kopii pak na všechna střediska Zdravotnické záchranné služby, Policie ČR, Hasičské záchranné služby ČR a regionálním velitelům Záchranných brigád kynologů.Canistherapy ? crisis intervention (?C-KI?) is not a very well-known and wide-spread method of canistherapy in the Czech Republic. The objective of this paper is to enhance the awareness of the expert public for the purposes of better cooperation of the integrated emergency system (?IZS?) and better use of the potential offered by this method. The theoretical part describes the IZS within which the C-KI operates as a separate unit. Then, the method is defined within the theory of zootherapy and canistherapy. For the sake of completeness, a separate chapter deals with the crisis intervention from the general point of view. A substantial part of the paper is formed by the definition of the C-KI method with the effort to provide a comprehensive summary based on all the sources available. I divide the research into two parts. The first part is formed by the pilot questionnaire looking for the answer to the research question ?What is the knowledge of the selected units of the IZS about the C-KI??. In this quantitative part of the research, I determine the hypothesis ?Selected units of the IZS do not know the C-KI method in most of the cases.? I always include, between the selected units, a centre of the Medical Emergency Service and a centre of the Regional Brigade of Cynologists in each region of the Czech Republic. In total, 28 questionnaires were sent using the CASI (Computer Assisted Self Interviewing) method. The rate of return of the questionnaires was 57%. The questionnaire inquiry confirmed the determined hypothesis that selected units of the IZS do not know the C-KI method in most of the cases. A partial result is the confirmed interest in more information about this method in the selected units of the IZS, in 81% of the answers. The second part of this research tries to find the answer to the question ?What may the C-KI offer?? using the method of a half-structured interview. There were three interviews, always with an expert who already witnessed the C-KI method during training and/or in the practice. The interviews show the significance and importance of the C-KI and the list of areas in which it may offer assistance during an extraordinary emergency situation. Examples may be the organization of evacuated inhabitants, care of them in the evacuation centre, psychological and social assistance to victims in the crisis and organizational assistance to the IZS units. In order to reach the stipulated objective of enhancing the awareness of the C-KI method among the expert public for the purposes of better cooperation with the IZS and better use of the potential offered by this method, a brochure intended for the IZS units was created as a practical output. This brief publication focuses on the most important information on the C-KI method and will be sent via e-mail to the General Directorate of Fire Rescue Service with a copy to all the centres of the Medical Emergency Service, Police of the Czech Republic, Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and regional chiefs of Rescue Brigades of Cynologists.
