eng Abstract:
[eng][cze] Several somatic mutations were found in human gene encoding Casein kinase I epsilon in breast cancer tissue samples. Since there is a homologue in Drosophila genome, discs overgrown locus that leads when mutated to hyperplastic overgrowth of imaginal wing discs, I attempted to obtain a Drosophila, which would carry one of the observed mutations in its genome.
