4 Abstrakt Souvislosti: Pozitivní ovlivňování zdravého životního stylu je dlouhodobý a pro společnost nezbytný proces. V současné době je používáno několik modelů a teorií sloužících tomuto účelu. Cíle: Vytvořit systematický literární přehled teorií a modelů podpory veřejného zdraví u adolescentů především v kontextu se stravovacími návyky. Metody: Diplomová práce je realizována formou pěti nezávislých přehledových studií. Jednotlivé studie byly vypracovány na základě doporučených postupů Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Pro získání relevantních literárních zdrojů byly použity dvě elektronické databáze - PubMed a Web o Science. Pro hledání v databázích byla použita stejná klíčová slova - adolescence, eating habits, diet, nutrition a názvy jednotlivých modelů/ teorií. Výsledky: Do systematického literárního přehledu bylo pro Health Belief Model zahrnuto 6 studií, 8 studií pro Transtheoretical Model, 7 pro Ekologický-sociální model, 8 pro Social cognitive model a 8 pro teorii nudgingu. Závěr: Vybrané modely a teorie mají pozitivní výsledky na stravovací návyky u adolescentů. Z důvodu vysoké diverzity determinačních faktorů je potřeba provést více studií věnujících se této problematice. Klíčová slova: adolescence, eating habits, diet, nutrition a názvy jednotlivých... 5 Abstract Context: Healthy lifestyle promotion is an important long-time process for today's society. Nowadays, models and theories are developed to enhance public health. Objectives: Create a systematic review of theories and models based on healthy diet promotion. Methods: The Master Thesis consists of 5 independent systematic reviews. Particular studies were examined based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) recommendations. A search was carried out of 2 electronic databases (PubMed and Web of Science) using following keywords - adolescence, eating habits, diet, nutrition a names of particular models/ theories. Results: 6 studies based on Health Belief Model, 8 based on Transtheoretical Model, 7 based on Social Ecological model, 8 based on Social cognitive model and 8 studies based on Nudge theory were included into the systematic review. Conclusion: Models and Theories are considered as successful ways to modify people's eating habits. More research within this area is needed due to wide diversity of healthy diet determinants.
