Úvod: Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda existuje vztah mezi insuficiencí posturální stabilizace a těžkou koxartrózou indikovanou k totální endoprotéze kloubu. Insuficience posturální stabilizace byla hodnocena dle aktivity břišní stěny. Metodika: V rámci praktické části bylo změřeno 51 probandů. Pomocí přístroje Ohmbelt bylo změřeno 26 (13 mužů a 13 žen) pacientů v experimentální skupině pacientů s koxartrózou (průměrný věk 70,5 let, SD 9,1) a 25 probandů (10 mužů a 15 žen) v kontrolní zdravé skupině (průměrný věk 70,5 let, SD 7,7). Pomocí přístroje Ohmbelt byl nepřímo hodnotit nitrobřišní tlak, prostřednictvím měření expanze břišní stěny. Tlakový senzor přístroje Ohmbelt byl pomocí nastavitelného pásu připevněn k břišní stěně v oblasti nad tříselným vazem (přední senzor) a kontralaterálně v oblasti trigonum lumbale (zadní senzor). Sledována byla změna tlaku, kterým na senzory břišní stěna působí. Probandi obou skupin byli dvakrát změřeni (jednou předním senzorem, podruhé zadním senzorem) ve 3 posturálních situacích - klidové dýchání ve vzpřímeném sedu, brániční test a držení 2kg činky před sebou ve vzpřímeném sedu. Výsledky: Nebyly nalezeny statisticky významné rozdíly (p>0,05) mezi skupinami v žádném z měřených testů. V žádném z testů také nebyl zjištěn statisticky významný rozdíl (p>0,05) v nárůstu... Introduction: The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between postural stabilization insufficiency and severe coxarthrosis indicated for total joint replacement. Postural stabilization insufficiency was assessed by abdominal wall activity. Methods: 51 participants were recruited. 26 patients with hip arthrosis (13 males and 13 females) were included in the experimental group (mean age 70.5 years, SD 9.1) and 25 participants (10 males and 15 females) in the healthy control group (mean age 70.5 years, SD 7.7). The Ohmbelt device can be used to assess the intra-abdominal pressure indirectly via abdominal wall expansion measurement. The pressure sensor within the Ohmbelt device was attached to the abdominal wall at the area above the inguinal ligament (anterior sensor) and contralateraly at the trigonum lumbale (posterior sensor) by an adjustable belt. The pressure exerted by the abdominal wall wS monitored by the sensors. All subjects were measured twice (once with the anterior sensor, the second time with the posterior sensor) in 3 postural situations - resting breathing in the upright sitting position, the diaphragm test, and holding a 2kg dumbbell in front of the body in the upright sitting position.
