Bakalářská práce se zabývá stravovacími návyky pacientů ze schizofrenního okruhu a vlivu protizánětlivého účinku potravin na hladiny zánětlivých markerů v krvi. U pacientů trpících schizofrenií jsou pozorovány horší stravovací návyky oproti zdravým kontrolám. Tito pacienti častěji konzumují nasycené a trans nenasycené mastné kyseliny, a naopak méně do své diety zařazují ovoce a zeleninu, nenasycené mastné kyseliny nebo například vlákninu. Zároveň je u těchto pacientů pozorována vyšší konzumace potravin podílejících se na podpoře chronického zánětu a tím možného zhoršení symptomů onemocnění. Cílem této práce je vyhodnotit stravovací zvyklosti pacientů ze schizofrenního okruhu pomocí semikvantitativního frekvenčního dotazníku a porovnat je s kontrolní skupinou bez psychiatrické diagnózy. Dále na základě poznatků z DII vybrat z dotazníku potraviny, které obsahují složky, nebo jsou samy zařazeny do indexu protizánětlivých potravin a zjistit, zda četnost konzumace těchto potravin koreluje s hladinou zánětlivých markerů v krvi. Podle výsledků této práce lze stravu pacientů ze schizofrenního okruhu považovat za méně zdravou oproti kontrolní skupině, vzhledem k nižší konzumaci čerstvého ovoce a zeleniny, celozrnných výrobků, a naopak vyšší konzumaci slazených nápojů. klíčová slova: Schizofrenie, stravovací... The thesis deals with the dietary habits of schizophrenic patients and the effect of anti- inflammatory food on the levels of inflammatory markers in the blood. Patients suffering from schizophrenia are observed to have poorer eating habits compared to healthy controls. These patients are more likely to consume saturated and trans unsaturated fatty acids and less likely to include fruit and vegetables, unsaturated fatty acids or fibre in their diet. At the same time these patients have a higher consumption of foods involved in promoting chronic inflammation and thus possibly worsening the symptoms of the disease. The aim of this study is to evaluate the dietary habits of schizophrenic patients using a semi-quantitative frequency questionnaire and to compare them with a control group without a psychiatric diagnosis. Furthermore, based on the findings from the DII to select foods from the questionnaire that contain components of or are themselves included in the anti-inflammatory food index and to determine whether the frequency of consumption of these foods correlates with blood levels of inflammatory markers.
