Název: Techniky kickboxu a frekvence jejich využití v ringových disciplínách: systematická rešerše Cíl práce: Cílem práce je zjištění četnosti jednotlivých technik během zápasů v plnokontaktním kickboxu mezinárodní úrovně na základě systematické rešerše vědeckých publikací. Metody: K vytvoření této bakalářské práce byla použita metoda systematické rešerše na základě referovaného výběru položek v souladu s doporučením PRISMA. Nejprve byla stanovena výzkumná otázka, zaměřená na zjištění četnosti používaných technik v ringových disciplínách (K-1 a Low kick) v kickboxu. Pomocí předdefinovaných klíčových slov a Booleovských operátorů byl následně sestaven skript pro vyhledávání ve vědeckých databázích Web of Science, PubMed a Scopus. Z vyhledaných studií byly odstraněny duplikáty a dále byl jejich výsledný počet redukován podle předem stanovených kritérií. Způsobilé studie byly využity ke zpracování dat a jejich následné syntéze. Výsledky: Z celkového počtu nalezených studií (n = 347), bylo pro výsledky této systematické rešerše použito deset studií. Nejpoužívanější technikou v ringových disciplínách kickboxu byl vyhodnocen Jab. Dvě studie určily Jab jako techniku s nejvyšší frekvencí využití a další tři studie určily Jab v kombinaci s Punchem jako nejpoužívanější údery v zápase. Z technik nohou byl... Title: Kickboxing techniques and the frequency of their use in ring disciplines: a systematic review Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to determine the frequency of individual techniques used during fights in full-contact kickboxing matches at international level based on a systematic review of scientific publications. Methods: The method used to create this bachelor thesis was a systematic review based on a referred selection of items in accordance with PRISMA recommendations. First, a research question was set to determine the frequency of techniques used in ring disciplines (K-1 and Low kick) in kickboxing. Using predefined keywords and Boolean operators, a search script was developed to search scientific databases such as the Web of Science, PubMed and Scopus. Duplicate studies were removed from search results and the final number of studies was reduced according to predefined criteria. Eligible studies were used for data analysis and subsequent synthesis. Results: Out of the total number of studies found (n = 347), ten studies were used for the results of this systematic search. The most commonly used technique in kickboxing ring disciplines was identified as the Jab.
