Teoretická část je zaměřena na sociální podnikání obecně, na osoby po výkonu trestu s důrazem na jejich situaci na trhu práce a na sociální podnikání s touto cílovou skupinou z pohledu zahraniční i české praxe. Empirická část analyzuje přístup sociálních podniků v České republice k zaměstnávání osob po výkonu trestu odnětí svobody.
