iv Abstrakt Autor: František Čamr Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Irena Novotná Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po stabilizaci akromioklavikulárního skloubení. Cíl: Cílem této práce je zpracovat kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po stabilizaci akromioklavikulárního skloubení, teoretické uvedení do problematiky a dokázat efekt vybraných fyzioterapeutických metod a postupů v praxi. Metody: Tato práce byla vypracována během souvislé odborné praxe na klinice Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu v období od 9. 1. 2023 do 3. 2. 2023. Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta se skládá z anamnézy, vstupního kineziologického vyšetření, na jehož základě byl stanoven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý terapeutický plán. Bylo provedeno devět terapeutických jednotek zakončených výstupním kineziologickým vyšetřením a zhodnocením efektu terapie. Výsledky: Během devíti terapií došlo ke zlepšení fyzického stavu pacienta. Zlepšení se týkalo především rozsahu pohybu v ramenním kloubu, zvýšení svalové síly, zlepšení pohybových vzorů a činností běžného dne. Závěr: Výše uvedená bakalářská práce dokazuje, že efektivní fyzioterapie může vrátit pacienta po stabilizaci akromioklavikulárního kloubu do aktivního života bez bolesti, s maximální svalovou sílou nezbytnou pro ADL a významnou motivací do další terapie, která by... v Abstract Author: František Čamr Supervisor: Mgr. Irena Novotná Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after stabilization of the acromioclavicular joint. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to present a case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after stabilization of acromioclavicular joint, to provide a theoretical introduction to the issue and to prove the effect of selected physiotherapeutic methods and procedures in practice. Methods: This thesis was prepared during a continuous professional practice at the clinic of the Centre for Treatment of the Musculoskeletal System in the period from 9. 1. 2023 to 3. 2. 2023. The case report of physiotherapy care of the patient consists of a medical history, initial kinesiological examination, on the basis of which a short-term and long- term therapeutic plan was determined. Nine therapeutic units were performed, ending with an exit kinesiological examination and an assessment of the effect of therapy. Results: During nine therapies, the patient's physical condition improved. The improvements were mainly in range of motion in the shoulder joint, increased muscle strength, and improved movement patterns and activities of daily living.
