[cze][eng] Tato práce se zabývá problematikou uspokojování potřeb dětských pacientů, majících zkušenost s hospitalizací v některé z dětských psychiatrických nemocnic, poskytujících péči dětským pacientům. Vývoj v dětském období a v období adolescence je považován za velmi složitý, a to nejen z důvodu vývojových změn. I v tomto období se setkáváme se situacemi, kdy nedostatečná saturace může vést ke vzniku psychických onemocnění, která mohou být následně řešena formou hospitalizace. Tyto hospitalizace bývají mnohdy opakované a dětský pacient tráví v zařízení velkou část svého času. Je proto důležité, aby mu během hospitalizace byl oporou zdravotnický tým, jehož nezastupitelnou část tvoří sestry, které se budou aktivně snažit rozpoznat jeho potřeby a pomoct mu je saturovat, a které budou po celou přítomnou dobu empatické a asertivní. Cílem této práce bylo popsat uspokojování bio-psycho-sociálních potřeb hospitalizovaných dětských pacientů z pohledu ošetřovatelského personálu a z pohledu samotných dětských pacientů. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část, teoretická, se zabývá historií psychiatrie a dětské a dorostové psychiatrie, vzděláváním psychiatrických sester, duševními onemocněními v dětském věku, rozdělením dětského věku, životními potřebami dítěte a ošetřovatelským procesem u dítěte s psychiatrickým onemocněním. Druhá část, praktická, je tvořena z výsledků získaných pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které byly nahrávány elektrickým diktafonem a poté přepisovány a kategorizovány. Následně vzniklo 5 kategorií: Fyziologické potřeby, Potřeba bezpečí a jistoty, Potřeba lásky a sounáležitosti, Potřeba uznání a sebeúcty a kategorie Potřeba seberealizace. Každá tato kategorie byla následně rozdělena na několik podkategorií dle odpovědí informantů a převedena do tabulek a schémat. Výzkumného šetření se zúčastnilo 5 dětských pacientů a 3 sestry pracující na některém z oddělení dětské psychiatrické nemocnice. Z výsledků našeho šetření vyplynulo, že v tvrzeních obou výzkumných skupin jsou časté neshody a lišící se názory. Z toho vyplývá, že by se tato problematika měla i nadále řešit. Předešli bychom tak negativním zkušenostem s hospitalizacemi, snížení traumatických zážitků a tím k zmírnění utvoření negativního obrazu vůči zdravotnické péči, a navázání zdravějších vztahů pacient-personál. This thesis deals with the issue of meeting the needs of pediatric patients who have experienced hospitalization in one of the medical institutions providing pediatric psychiatric care. Development in childhood and adolescence is considered to be very complex, not only because of developmental changes. We can witness for ourselves the impact on our mental health of not having some of the basic or higher needs of life met. In the childhood period, the limitation of saturation of some of the needs is even more accentuated, and we therefore encounter situations where this lack of saturation can lead to the development of mental illness. These are then forced to be dealt with by hospitalisation in one of the psychiatric hospitals in the Czech Republic. These hospitalisations are often repeated, and the child patient spends a large part of its time in the facility. It is therefore important that during the hospitalization, he or she is supported by a medical team, of which nurses are an essential part, who will actively try to identify his or her needs and help him or her to meet them, and who will be empathetic and assertive throughout the time present. The aim of this study was to describe the satisfaction of bio-psycho-social needs of hospitalized pediatric patients, from the perspective of nursing staff, and from the perspective of pediatric patients themselves. This issue should continue to be addressed in order to prevent negative experiences with hospitalizations and thus to form a negative image towards health care. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part, theoretical, deals with the history of psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry, the training of psychiatric nurses, mental illness in childhood, the division of childhood, the life needs of the child and the nursing process of the child with psychiatric illness. The second part, the practical part, consists of the results obtained from semi-structured interviews that were recorded with an electric tape recorder and then transcribed and categorized. Consequently, 5 categories emerged: the Physiological Needs, the Need for Safety and Security, the Need for Love and Belonging, the Need for Recognition and Self-esteem and the category Need for Self-Realization. Each of these categories was then divided into several subcategories, according to the informants' responses, and translated into tables and charts. Five paediatric patients and 3 nurses working in one of the child and adolescent psychiatry departments participated in the research survey. The results of our investigation showed that there are frequent disagreements and differing opinions in the claims of the two research groups. This suggests that this issue should continue to be addressed. This would prevent negative experiences of hospital admissions, reduce traumatic experiences, and thereby mitigate the formation of a negative image towards healthcare and establish healthier patient-person relationships.
