[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi fyzioterapie v kontextu syndromu panické ataky neboli panické úzkostné poruchy. V úvodu teoretické části jsem se zabýval problematikou úzkostných poruch, konkrétně tedy panickou úzkostnou poruchou. Snažil jsem se čtenáři přiblížit charakteristiku, klinický průběh a léčbu poruchy. Dále jsem se věnoval studiím, které se zabývaly možným vztahem postury a psychického stavu jedince. Následující část teoretické části je věnována anatomii páteře a hrudníku, kde jsem rovněž popisoval patologie, se kterými jsem se během terapie s pacienty setkal a na které jsem se zaměřil. Cílem práce je zmapovat posturální poruchy u jedinců trpících panickou úzkostnou poruchou a navrhnout terapii, která bude mít za cíl tyto poruchy odstranit. Výzkumný soubor tvořili tři probandi ve věku 21-26 let, jimž byla diagnostikována panická úzkostná porucha. Jednalo se o jednu ženu a dva muže. S každým z probandů proběhlo sedm terapií v rozmezí dvou týdnů. V rámci první terapie jsem provedl vstupní vyšetření, které obsahovalo kineziologický rozbor. První terapie rovněž zahrnovala rozhovor s pacienty o průběhu panické úzkostné poruchy. Snažil jsem se zmapovat posturální poruchy, na které bych se chtěl v následujích terapiích zaměřit. Každou terapii jsem se snažil tyto poruchy ovlivnit především manipulační léčbou, přičemž každý proband měl individuálně sestavené cviky na ovlivnění pohybového aparátu. S probandy jsem při terapiích diskutoval o psychickém stavu a ptal se na změny průběhu úzkostné poruchy. Při závěrečném setkání jsem provedl výstupní vyšetření a doporučil probandům v zadaných cvicích pokračovat. Hodnocení proběhlo na základě porovnání vstupního a výstupního vyšetření a za pomoci vizuální analogové škály, která byla probandům předložena na první a poslední terapii. Tato bakalářská práce může sloužit jako inspirace a zdroj informací pro další výzkumy, které se zabývají vlivem fyzioterapie na průběh úzkostných poruch. The bachelor's thesis deals with the possibilities of physiotherapy in the context of panic attack syndrome or panic anxiety disorder. In the introduction of the theoretical part I dealt with the issue of anxiety disorders, specifically panic anxiety disorder. I tried to give the reader an overview of the characteristics, clinical course and treatment of the disorder. I also discussed studies that dealt with the possible relationship between postural and psychological state of the individual. The following part of the theoretical section is devoted to the anatomy of the spine and thorax, where I also described the pathologies I encountered and focused on during my therapy with patients. The aim of this thesis is to map postural disorders in individuals suffering from panic anxiety disorder and to propose a therapy aimed at eliminating these disorders. The research population consisted of three participants aged 21-26 years who were diagnosed with panic anxiety disorder. They were two males and one female. Seven sessions were conducted with each participant over a two-week period. In the first therapy, I conducted an initial assessment that included a kinesiological analysis. The first therapy also included an interview with the patients about the course of panic anxiety disorder. I tried to map the postural disorders that I would like to focus on in the following therapies. Each therapy I tried to influence these disorders primarily through manipulative treatment, with each proband having individually designed exercises to influence the musculoskeletal system. During the therapies, I discussed the psychological state with the probands and asked about changes in the course of the anxiety disorder. In the final session, I conducted an exit examination and recommended probands to continue the assigned exercises. The assessment was done by comparing the initial and exit examinations and using a visual analogue scale that was presented to the participants at the first and last therapy sessions. This bachelor thesis can serve as an inspiration and source of information for further research that deals with the influence of physiotherapy on the course of anxiety disorders.
