Tato práce se zabývá tématem home office (práce z domova) a tím, jak moc ovlivňuje nabídku a poptávku na trhu práce. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí home office, jeho historií, legislativou a jeho výhodami a nevýhodami. Pozornost je mimo jiné věnována příchodu pandemie COVID-19 a tomu, jak moc změnila výkonnost práce, pracovní dobu a produktivitu práce. Tyto poznatky jsou aplikovány i v praktické části. Ve třech realitních firmách, konkrétně v M&M Reality, RK Stejskal a NEXT Reality je posuzována produktivita na základě dotazníkové šetření. Ten posuzuje názor pracovníků na jejich produktivitu práce, spokojenost a celkové benefity v rámci home office. Tyto odpovědi jsou prozkoumány a následně srovnány s výpočty produktivity práce z tržeb za prodej výrobků a služeb. This thesis deals with the topic of working from home (home office) and how much it affects supply and demand in the labour market. The theoretical part deals with definition of home office, its history, legislation and its advantages and disadvantages. Among other things, the attention is paid to the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic and how much it has changed the performance of work, work time and productivity of work. These findings are applied also in the practical part. In three companies in the same industry with a similar size is measured the productivity of work, employee and employer satisfaction and the overall benefits within the framework of home office. The aim of the work is to assess the impact of work in the home office and to determine the productivity of workers.
