Fundamentální analýza je proces k určení vnitřní hodnoty akcie pomocí matematických výpočtů a zkušeností investora. Tato vnitřní hodnota je porovnána s tržní hodnotou akciového titulu na trhu a následně je vytvořeno investiční doporučení. Pokud je vnitřní hodnota vyšší než tržní hodnota, akcie je podhodnocená a je výhodné do ní investovat své prostředky. Naopak pokud je vnitřní hodnota nižší než tržní hodnota, je výhodné daný akciový titul prodat nebo nekupovat. Dále je provedena vnější analýza společnosti a predikce vývoje tržní ceny. Na závěr je stanoveno konečné investiční doporučení. The main goal of fundamental analysis is to make a gain from investing money in stocks. It is a combination of mathematical calculations and investor's experience that help him to understand the intrinsic value of the stock and whether it is convenient to buy it or to sell it. Moreover, there are also technical and psychological analysis that are used besides of the fundamental analysis to set the intrinsic value more precisely and predict future trends of the stock price. Ultimately after the intrinsic value is found, it is compared to the value on the stock market. In case the intrinsic value is higher than the value on the stock market, it means that the stock is undervalued, and it is convenient to buy it and vice versa. The key to the fundamental analysis is consistency. As the situation on the stock market is still evolving and the value of the stocks still changing, the fundamental analysis needs to be periodically updated with a new data so it can offer the correct predictive values.
