Univerzita Karlova, Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové Student: Lucie Kameníková Vedoucí diplomové práce: PharmDr. Jitka Pokladníková, Ph.D. Název diplomové práce: Zkušenosti pacientů léčených akupunkturou Úvod: Akupunktura i další metody komplementární a alternativní medicíny (KAM) nabývají na významu. V České republice doposud nebyla provedena studie, která by se zabývala informovaností a zkušenostmi pacientů s akupunkturou a jinými metodami KAM a také otázkou, zda by se i po vlastní zkušenosti na tyto metody opět obrátili. Cíl: Posouzení zkušeností s akupunkturou u pacientů trpících migrénou. Oblastmi zájmu byly informovanost pacientů o akupunktuře, jejich motivace vyzkoušet akupunkturu jako alternativní metodu své léčby, jejich zkušenosti s dalšími metodami KAM a chování v budoucnosti po absolvování akupunktury. Metodika: V období od 19. 9. 2015 do 18. 5. 2016 byly vedeny s vybranými pacienty semistrukturované rozhovory. Přepsané rozhovory byly kódovány v programu MAXQDA 12 a vyhodnoceny metodou obsahové analýzy. Výsledky: Byla identifikována témata související s informovaností pacientů v oblastech KAM, včetně akupunktury, dále důvody, které vedly k vyhledání této terapie a informace, jak by se léčili po zkušenostech s akupunkturou v budoucnu. So far, there has not been a study conducted in the Czech Republic which describes patients' awareness and experience with acupuncture and other CAM methods and their attitudes to future use of these methods after having been treated with them. Aim: The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the experience of patients suffering from migraines with acupuncture. The areas covered were the patients' awareness of acupuncture, their motivation to try acupuncture as an alternative treatment method, their experience with other CAM methods as well as the likelihood of them undergoing another acupuncture treatment in the future. Methods: Semi-structured interviews with selected patients were conducted between September 19th 2015 and May 18th 2016. The interviews were coded in MAXQDA 12 programme and then evaluated using the content analysis method.
