Bakalářská práce popisuje často se vyskytující vybrané arytmie (resp. komorové extrasystoly a blokády Tawarových ramen) a jejich konvenční i moderní detekční metody, včetně metod využívající neuronové sítě. V praktické části jsou realizovány metody pro jednotlivé arytmie: Analýza RR intervalů pro detekci komorových extrasystol a statistická analýza QRS komplexů a jejich shlukování pomocí metody K-nejbližších sousedů pro blokády Tawarových ramen. This bachelor thesis describes commonly present arrhytmias such as premature ventricular complex, bundle branch blocks and their detection using conventional methods and modern methods, utilising neural networks. Practical part includes: Detection of premature ventricular complexes by their RR intervals and detection of bundle branch blocks using statistical analysis of QRS complex and their clustering with K-nearest neighbors
