[cze][eng] Předkládaná diplomová práce je teoretického charakteru a je zpracována jako historicko-analytická studie. Cílem diplomové práce bylo popsat vývoj preventivní péče a vývoj role sestry v preventivní péči v České republice na základě interpretace textů dostupné literatury a zdrojů prostřednictvím metody textové hermeneutiky. K dosažení cíle byly stanoveny čtyři výzkumné otázky: Jak se vyvíjela preventivní péče v České republice? Jaké faktory ovlivnily vývoj preventivní péče v České republice? Jak se vyvíjela role sestry v preventivní péči v České republice? Jak se měnily kompetence sestry v preventivní péči v České republice? Prostřednictvím těchto výzkumných otázek bylo dosaženo následujících výsledků. Preventivní péče v České republice se začala vyvíjet již od dob samého počátku civilizace, procházela tak mnoha změnami během celé historie, a to v souladu s rozvojem vědecko-technického poznání, vývojem společnosti, životní filozofií, a také v souladu s rozvojem lékařství a ošetřovatelství. Některé prvky preventivní péče, se kterými jsme se mohli setkat již v dávných dobách však fungují i dodnes a současná preventivní péče z nich vychází. Zásadními faktory, které ovlivnily vývoj preventivní péče a roli sestry v preventivní péči byly: vznik prvních civilizací a postupné osidlování oblastí; počátek šíření prvních nemocí a epidemií; vliv náboženství a církve; společensko-hospodářské podmínky v dané době; války; politické situace a dobová právní úprava; objev očkování proti pravým neštovicím; významné osobnosti - F. Nightingale, N. I. Pirogov, H. Dunant, E. Jenner, které svými činy přispěly k rozvoji preventivní péče; Světová zdravotnická organizace. Role sestry v preventivní péči se vyvíjela společně s ošetřovatelstvím a také lékařstvím, které prošli během celé historické doby mnoha změnami. V oblasti preventivní péče se zde role sestry měnila na základě jejich vzdělávání, narůstajících kompetencí a také potřeby preventivní péče v dané době. Sesterské kompetence v oblasti preventivní péče během historie prošly značnou proměnou. Můžeme zde zaznamenat fakt, že se některé kompetence vyskytují i v současné době. Můžeme tak říci, že současné kompetence sestry v preventivní péči vycházejí z kompetencí, které měla dříve, jsou již ale modifikované na současné potřeby společnosti. Preventivní péče se tak stala nedílnou součástí sesterské profese. The Diploma Thesis has a theoretical character and is prepared as a historical-analytical study. The aim of the thesis was to describe the development of preventive care and the development of the role of the nurse in preventive care in the Czech Republic based on the interpretation of texts available literature and resources through the method of textual hermeneutics. To achieve this goal, it was necessary to set four research questions: How did preventive care in the Czech Republic evolve? Which factors influenced the development of preventive care in the Czech Republic? How has the role of the nurse in preventive care in the Czech Republic evolved? How have the competencies of the nurse in preventive care in the Czech Republic changed? Through these research questions, have been achieved the following results. Preventive care in the Czech Republic has began to develop from the very beginning of civilization and has passed throught many changes over the history, in conformity with the development of scientific and technological knowledge, the development of society, the philosophy of life, and also in conformity with the development of medicine and nursing. However, some elements of preventive care that we may encountered in ancient times are still in place today, and current preventive care is based on them. The key factors influencing the development of preventive care and the role of the nurse in preventive care were: the emergence of the first civilizations and the gradual settlement of areas; the beginning of the spread of the first diseases and epidemics; the influence of religion and the church; socio-economic conditions at the time; wars; political situations and legislation of the time; the discovery of smallpox vaccination; prominent figures - F. Nightingale, N. I. Pirogov, H. Dunant, E. Jenner, whose actions contributed to the development of preventive care; and World Health Organization. The role of the nurse in preventive care has evolved along with nursing as well as medicine, which passed throught many changes over the history. In the area of preventive care, the role of the nurse changed here based on their education, increasing competences, as well as the need for preventive care at any given time. Nurses competences in preventive care passed throught a considerable transformation over the history. We can notice the same competences in the hisotry and present. We can say that the current competencies of a nurse in preventive care are based on the competencies which she had previously, but they are already modified to society's current needs. The reventive care has become an inseparable part of the nursing profession.
