Bakalářská práce se zabývá zkušenostmi učitelů mateřských škol se vzděláváním dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány oblasti vývoje dítěte ve věku 3-6 let. Konkrétně jde o oblasti kognitivního vývoje, emocionálního vývoje, socializace a hry. Další části teorie se zabývají předškolním vzděláváním a vymezením termínu dítě s odlišným mateřským jazykem a jeho rozdílu oproti termínu dítě-cizince. Pozornost je věnována také specifikům těchto dětí a možnostem jejich podpory. Poslední pasáž teoretické části se zaměřuje na inkluzi ve vztahu ke vzdělávání. V praktické části se práce zabývá aktuálními zkušenostmi učitelů mateřských škol se vzděláváním dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem. Jedná se o kvantitativní výzkum, který byl provedený pomocí dotazníků. Cílem výzkumu bylo shromáždit a popsat aktuální zkušenosti učitelů mateřských škol se vzděláváním dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem. Tento výzkum je doplněn i o dva rozhovory, které přinášejí pohled z perspektivy rodiče dítěte s odlišným mateřským jazykem a pracovnice Národního pedagogického institutu, která pracuje na pozici adaptačního koordinátora podpory pro děti/žáky-cizince. The bachelor's thesis deals with the experiences of kindergarten teachers in educating children with a different mother tongue. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The areas of child development at the age of 3-6 are described in the theoretical part. Specifically, it concerns the areas of cognitive development, emotional development, socialization and play. Other parts of the theory deal with preschool education and the definition of the term child with a different mother tongue and its difference compared to the term child-foreigner. Attention is also paid to the specifics of these children and the possibilities of their support. The last passage of the theoretical part focuses on inclusion in relation to education. The thesis deals with the current experiences of kindergarten teachers with the education of children with a different mother tongue in the practical part. It is a quantitative research that was carried out using questionnaires. The aim of the research was to collect and describe the current experiences of kindergarten teachers with the education of children with a different mother tongue. This research is supplemented by two interviews, which bring a view from the perspective of a parent of a child with a different mother tongue and an employee of the National Pedagogical Institute, who works in the position of adaptation coordinator of support for children/pupils foreigners.
