[cze][eng] Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá triatlonem jako sportem, jeho rozvojem ve světě a v České republice, a představuje významné závody a osobnosti. Zároveň se zaměřuje na vznik a historii triatlonového týmu TriSK, který byl založen v Českých Budějovicích v roce 2006. Práce zahrnuje rozhovory se zakládajícím členem a dalšími členy týmu. První část práce se věnuje vývoji triatlonu jako sportu na světové úrovni. Zkoumá historické milníky, vlivné události a klíčové osobnosti, které přispěly k růstu a popularitě triatlonu po celém světě. Analýza zahrnuje zařazení triatlonu mezi olympijské disciplíny, rozšíření významných mezinárodních závodů a vzestup známých triatlonistů. V rámci České republiky práce zkoumá vývoj triatlonu na domácí scéně. Zkoumá počátky triatlonu v České republice, jeho výzvy a následné pokroky. Práce popisuje vznik významných triatlonových závodů a jejich vliv na místní triatlonovou komunitu. Kromě toho se věnuje významným českým triatlonistům, kteří dosáhli významných úspěchů a přispěli k rozvoji tohoto sportu v zemi. Významná část práce je věnována vzniku a historii triatlonového týmu TriSK. Poskytuje komplexní přehled o vzniku týmu, motivacích jeho zakladatelů a jeho cestě v průběhu let.
