Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku uzavírání a rušení hřbitovů ve městě Písku se zvláštním zřetelem na historii a proces přeměny kostela se hřbitovem u sv. Trojice na Pietní park-Památník města Písku. První kapitola přináší přehled právních norem a systému státní správy a samosprávy v Československu v období 1918-1990 se zvláštním zřetelem na oblast pohřebnictví a správu jednotlivých typů pohřebišť. Z důvodu lepší orientace je tato kapitola rozdělena do několika podkapitol, které vždy řeší vymezený časový úsek s ohledem na právní a správní změny jednotlivých typů pohřebišť. Druhá kapitola uvádí informace o kostelu se hřbitovem u sv. Trojice od jeho počátků až do 21. století. Touto kapitolou se místy prolíná historie píseckého obecního lesního hřbitova, a to z toho důvodu, že existence a krátká koexistence těchto dvou hřbitovů mezi lety 1933-1949 ovlivňovala pohřební procesy ve městě. Třetí kapitola je popisem historie kostela a hřbitova u sv. Václava. V této kapitole je uveden proces uzavírání, rušení a následné nakládání s pohřebištěm. V poslední kapitole této práce je v krátkosti popisována historie židovské obce v Písku a následně je pozornost věnována tamějšímu židovskému hřbitovu a míře jeho devastace, která v konečném důsledku nevedla pouze ke nenahraditelné ztrátě židovských památek v podobě náhrobníků, ale bylo také především porušeno jedno ze základních pravidel židovského pohřbívání, když v roce 1988 došlo k exhumaci ostatků Richarda Weinera s následným přesunem tělesných pozůstatků na nekonfesní písecký lesní hřbitov. The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of closing and closing of cemeteries in the city of Písek with special attention to the history and process of transformation of the church with the cemetery at Holy Trinity into the Memorial Park-Memorial of the city of Písek. The first chapter provides an overview of the legal norms and the system of state administration and self-government in Czechoslovakia in the period 1918-1990, with special attention to the area of funeral services and the administration of individual types of burial grounds. For the sake of better orientation, this chapter is divided into several subchapters, each dealing with a defined period of time with regard to the legal and administrative changes in the various types of burial grounds. The second chapter provides information on Holy Trinity Church and Cemetery from its origins to the 21st century. This chapter is interspersed at points with the history of the Sandy Municipal Forest Cemetery, on the grounds that the existence and brief coexistence of these two cemeteries between 1933 and 1949 influenced burial processes in the town. The third chapter is a description of the history of St. Wenceslaus Church and Cemetery. This chapter outlines the process of closure, disturbance, and subsequent disposition of the burial grounds. The last chapter of this thesis briefly describes the history of the Jewish community in Písek and then focuses on the local Jewish cemetery and the extent of its devastation, which ultimately led to the irreplaceable loss of Jewish monuments in the form of tombstones, but one of the basic rules of Jewish burial was also violated when in 1988 the remains of Richard Weiner were exhumed and subsequently moved to the non-denominational Písek Forest Cemetery.
