Úvod: Již několik desetiletí se mluví o vlivu představivosti a emocí na naše tělo. Výsledky studií v oboru neurověd tyto předpoklady potvrzují. Je však zapotřebí prokázat jejich reálnou klinickou efektivitu v rehabilitaci, respektive fyzioterapii. Cíl: Cílem studie je rozpoznat, jakou roli má představivost pohybu při nácviku nových motorických vzorců. Snahou je zjistit, v jaké míře, a ve kterých parametrech nastane změna po 14denním cvičení, které využívá různých strategií motorického učení. Metodika: Randomizované studie se dobrovolně účastnili studenti všeobecného lékařství 3. LF UK, kteří byli rozděleni do tří skupin. Pro studii byla vybrána první diagonála horní končetiny (1. D. HK) z metodiky Proprioceptivní muskulární facilitace (PNF). Dobrovolníci ve všech skupinách tuto diagonálu cvičili denně po dobu 14 dní se zvukovou nahrávkou. První skupina (sk. image) cvičila pouze v představě, druhá skupina (sk. moto) prováděla cviky fyzicky, třetí skupina (sk. mix) cvičila první týden v představě a druhý týden fyzicky. V průběhu 3 dní před a po zahájení 14denního cvičebního cyklu absolvovali dobrovolníci vstupní a výstupní měření, které spočívalo v záznamu pohybu horní končetiny pomocí senzorů Xsens Dot. Byly hodnoceny parametry Recurrence rate (RR), HurstRS a TLPLa na lineární rychlost, vypočtené z... Introduction: The influence of imagination and emotions on our body has been talked about for several decades. The results of studies in the field of neuroscience confirm these assumptions. However, it is necessary to demonstrate their real clinical effectiveness in rehabilitation or physiotherapy. Objective: The aim of the study is to find out what role the idea of movement plays in learning new motor patterns. The effort is to find out to what extent and in which parameters the change occurred after a 14-day exercise cycle in individual cases. Methods: Medical students who were divided into three groups voluntarily participated in the randomized study. The 1st diagonal of the upper limb (1.D UL) from the Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) method was selected for the study. Volunteers in all groups exercised daily for 14 days. The first group (group image) practiced only in their imagination. The second group (group moto) exercised physically with an audio recording for the same amount of time. The third group (group mix) practiced the first week using their imagination and the second week by physical exercise.
