Bakalářská práce se zabývá navržením modelu regenerace a kompenzace pro hráče fotbalu. Cílem této práce je charakterizovat fotbal z hlediska zatížení na organismus. Shrnout poznatky používané v praxi o možných způsobech a možnostech regenerace po výkonu a následné kompenzace některých nevhodných projevů zátěže. Dále je zpracován rozbor odborné literatury z oblasti fotbalu (historie, charakteristika), fyziologie tělesné zátěže při fotbalu a problematika vzniku nejčastějších úrazů. Tato práce by mohla sloužit jako příručka pro začínající trenéry. The paper suggests a model of a recovery and a compensation for the football players. The focus of this paper is to describe the game from the impact on the organism point of view, then it sums up the possibilities of recovery after the performance and it also mentions the ways to compensate unsuitable consequences of the performance. Accordingly, the paper deals with a specialised football literature (its history and characteristics). The following chapters introduce the reader to the human physiology during the football performance and it explains the causes of the most common injuries and the appropriate regeneration cures. This paper could be used by the beginning sport coaches.
