Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na boha Apollóna, jednu z hlavních postav řeckého panteonu; v centru její pozornosti však není rozmanité působení tohoto boha, nýbrž jeho milostný život. První část práce se předkládájí obecné informace tj. etymologie jména, zrození boha a jeho funkce v řeckém panteonu. Druhá část se pak věnuje analýze jednotlivých příběhů Apollónových milenců a milenek, přičemž důraz je kladen na čtyři nejdůležitější postavy: Kyréné, Dafné, Korónidu a Hyakintha. Cílem práce je prozkoumat důvody, proč byl osud Apollónových milenců a milenek často tak tragický. Studiem pramenů i sekundární literatury je ukázáno, jakým způsobem starověcí autoři reflektovali Apollónova milostná vzplanutí, nakolik se jejich verze příběhu liší jedna od druhé a jak tyto mytologické příběhy interpretuje současné bádání. Klíčová slova Apollón, mýtus, řecká mytologie, Kyréné, Hyakinthos, Dafné, Korónis, řecké náboženství, řecká literatura The Bachelor's thesis focuses on the god Apollo, one of the fundamental figures of the Greek pantheon; however, our attention is not on Apollo's influence in Greece but on his love life. The first part provides general information about the god, i.e. etymology of his name, his birth, his place in the Greek pantheon. The second part introduces stories of Apollo's female and male lovers and highlights four important figures - Cyrene, Daphne, Coronis, Hyacinth. The thesis aims to examine reasons why was the fate of Apollo's female and male lovers often so tragic. By studying primary as well as secondary sources, it will be shown how ancient authors reflected Apollo's love affairs, in which way their versions of the stories differ from each other, and also how contemporary scholarship interprets these mythological stories.
