cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Tématem bakalářské práce jsou zdroje a nároky v kontextu pracovního duševního zdraví. Literárně-přehledová část přibližuje téma pracovního duševního zdraví a nahlíží na něj skrze víceúrovňový IGLO model, popisující úrovně - osobní, týmovou, manažerskou a organizační. Na straně nároků lze ve spojitosti s pandemií pozorovat nejistotu a nároky vázané na práci z domova....The topic of the bachelor's thesis is demands and resources in the context of occupational mental health. The theoretical part approaches the topic of mental health from the multi-level perspective of IGLO model which describes the levels - personal, team, managerial and organizational. From the theoretical models, the thesis is mainly built on the Job-Demands Resources model and describes its historical development and factors. The aim of the empirical part was though thematic and frequency analysis and the method of grounded theory describe what resources and demands employees perceive regarding their occupational mental health and also identify factors related to the covid-19 pandemic. The analysis showed that on a multi- level basis people perceive the working atmosphere and relationships together with communication and benefits as the most important resources. On the contrary, high workload, deficiencies in communication and feedback and also uncertainty play a major role as demands. In the context of the pandemic we can observe demands associated with home office as well as some positive consequences as higher flexibility and trust of employers. The thesis contributes to deeper understanding of the resources and demands of employees' mental health, but also their transformation as a result of...
