Cílem bakalářské práce "Vliv organizovaně tráveného volného času na rozvoj osobnosti dítěte" je zjistit, zda existuje nějaký vztah mezi rozvojem dětské osobnosti a způsobem trávení volného času. Jestli pedagogové zjišťují, jakým způsobem děti tráví svůj volný čas a zda pociťují u jednotlivých žáků některé osobnostní oblasti rozvinutější než u jiných. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Cílem teoretické části je souhrn dosavadních poznatků o volném čase a způsobech jeho trávení, dále i krátké shrnutí psychického a osobnostního vývoje v období pubescence a popis typů osobnosti na základě velké pětky. Teoretická část vychází ze studia odborné literatury. Cílem praktické části je pomocí výzkumného šetření zjistit, jaký pohled mají na problematiku rozvoje osobnosti pedagogové pracující s pubescenty. The purporse of this paper "the impact of spending of organized leisure time on child's personality" is to gain knowledge if there is any relationship between the development of child's personality and the way of spending leisure time. If the educators find out how children spends their leisure time and whether they feel that some personality areas are more developer than others. The bachelor's thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The aim of the theoretical part is a summary of existing knowledge about leisure time and ways of spending it, as well as a short summary of psychological and personality development in the period of pubescence and a description of personality types based on the big five. The theoretical part is based on the study of vocational literature. The aim of the practical part is to use a research investigation to find out what perspective educators working with pubescents have on the issue of personality development.
