Trest obecně prospěšných prací se řadí mezi alternativní tresty, tedy sankce nespojené s výkonem trestu odnětí svobody, z čehož plyne patřičné pozitivum v tom, že odsouzený nepřichází o své osobní zázemí a sociální kontakty, které jsou značným přínosem pro řádné vedení života. Diplomová práce se primárně zabývá kooperací v rámci trestu obecně prospěšných prací. V prvotní teoretické části je blíže charakterizována oblast sociální práce v trestní justici, aktéři, nastavení a průběh trestu obecně prospěšných prací. Ve výzkumné části bylo provedeno kvalitativní šetření: rozhovory - poskytovatelé a probační úředník; kazuistiky. V rámci diplomové práce byl vymezen hlavní cíl: ,,Zmapovat postoj a vyhodnocení spolupráce v rámci trestu obecně prospěšných prací u dospělých osob mezi poskytovateli pracovních míst a Probační a mediační službou v daném okrese." Tento primární záměr byl na základě výše uvedené teorie představen a podpořen výsledky z metodologické části diplomové práce, ze které je patrné, že spolupráce mezi poskytovateli a konkrétním střediskem PMS je hodnocena pozitivně, ačkoli z výpovědí komunikačních partnerů - poskytovatelů je zřetelná poptávka po častějších kontrolách odsouzených. Jednotliví poskytovatelé byli rozděleny do třech kategorií - neziskový sektor, obecní úřad a církevní... The sentence of community service is classified as an alternative sentence, that is, a sanction not connected to the execution of a sentence of imprisonment, which has the appropriate positive effect in that the convicted person does not lose his personal background and social contacts, which are a significant benefit for leading a proper life. The diploma thesis primarily deals with cooperation within the framework of community service. In the initial theoretical part, the field of social work in criminal justice, the actors, the setting and the course of community service punishment are characterized in more detail. In the research part, a qualitative investigation was carried out: interviews - providers and a probation officer; case studies. As part of the diploma thesis, the main goal was defined: "to map the attitude and evaluation of cooperation within the framework of community service for adults between job providers and the Probation and Mediation Service in the given district.". This primary goal was presented on the basis of the above theory and supported by the results from the methodological part of the diploma thesis, from which it is evident that the cooperation between providers and a specific PMS center is evaluated positively, although from the statements of communication partners...
