Předložená diplomová práce se bude zabývat spoluprací ziskového a neziskového sektoru v oblasti společenské odpovědnosti firem. Teoretická část bude rozdělena na tři hlavní kapitoly, ve kterých bude nejprve představen teoretický konceptuální rámec neziskového sektoru. Posléze bude za pomocí analýzy odborné literatury představen pojem společenská odpovědnost organizací tak, jak je chápán dnes. Především bude tato část práce soustředěna na potenciální přínosy implementace CSR strategií v organizacích. Poslední kapitola se bude zabývat aktéry, kteří se mohou angažovat na poli společenské odpovědnosti a bude v ní vysvětleno, jakým způsobem může docházet k propojení aktérů na bázi CSR v rámci mezisektorové spolupráce. V empirické části práce se podíváme na to, jakým způsobem koncept CSR implementuje firma Albert s.r.o. ve spolupráci s Nadačním fondem Albert do své činnosti, jaké aktivity v rámci spolupráce probíhají a co oběma aktérům přináší. The thesis will explore the cooperation between the for-profit and non-profit sectors in the field of corporate social responsibility. The theoretical section will be divided into three main chapters, which will first present the overall theoretical conceptual framework of the non- profit sector. Afterwards, the concept of CSR as it is understood today will be introduced through an analysis of the literature. Above all, this part of the thesis will concentrate on the potential benefits of implementing CSR strategies in the organizations. The last chapter will deal with the actors that can engage in the field of CSR and will clarify how CSR-based actors can be linked in a cross-sector collaboration. In the empirical part of the thesis, we will look at how the concept of CSR is implemented by the company Albert Ltd. in cooperation with the Albert Foundation in its activities, what activities occur within the cooperation and what it provides for both actors.
