Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku poporodní deprese (PPD) a souvisejících rizikových faktorů. Cílem teoretické části bylo vytvořit přehled těchto faktorů, s důrazem na rizikové faktory vyskytující se v perinatálním období. Cílem empirické části bylo zjistit, zda symptomy PPD mohou souviset s psychosociálním klimatem porodnice, a které konkrétní aspekty tohoto klimatu jsou pro rozvoj symptomů PPD klíčové. Pro tuto analýzu byla využita data z prospektivní longitudinální studie The Mother and Child Vysočina Cohort Study. Výzkumný soubor zahrnoval 755 žen. Pro měření symptomů PPD byla použita Edinburská škála postnatální deprese (EPDS), psychosociální klima porodnice ženy hodnotily s využitím dotazníku Dotazník psychosociálního klimatu porodnice (KLI-P). Pro analýzu rizikových faktorů PPD byla použita zobecněná lineární regrese. Výsledky ukazují, že horší hodnocení psychosociálního klimatu na porodnickém oddělení i oddělení šestinedělí souvisí s vyšší hladinou depresivních symptomů v šesti týdnech a devíti měsících po porodu. Analýza zaměřená na jednotlivé aspekty psychosociálního klimatu ukázala, že míra depresivních symptomů souvisela zejména s přístupem zdravotníků, podáváním informací, a prostředím porodnice. Výsledky této práce poukazují na význam nejen lékařské, ale i... This thesis focuses on postpartum depression (PPD) and related risk factors. The aim of the theoretical part was to provide an overview of these factors, with an emphasis on risk factors occurring in the perinatal period. The aim of the empirical part was to determine whether PPD symptoms may be related to the psychosocial climate of the maternity hospital, and which specific aspects of this climate are crucial for the development of PPD symptoms. Data from the prospective longitudinal study The Mother and Child Vysočina Cohort Study were used for this analysis. The study sample included 755 women. The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) was used to measure symptoms of PPD, and women assessed the psychosocial climate of the maternity hospital using the Czech questionnaire KLI-P (Psychosocial Climate of Maternity Hospital Questionnaire). Generalised linear regression was used to analyse risk factors for PPD. The results showed that poorer ratings of psychosocial climate in the maternity hospital were associated with higher levels of depressive symptoms at six weeks and nine months postpartum.
