Výživa po operaci čelistního kloubu je velmi specifická, ale definovaná jasnými pravidly. Pacienti v rekonvalescenci přijímají první 3 dny mixovanou stravu a po 3 dnech, pokud nenastanou komplikace, přecházejí na kašovitou. Mnoho pacientů se obává pooperačních bolestí a celkového průběhu hospitalizace, a také jak pokrmy budou v mixované podobě nejen chutnat, ale i vypadat. Je tedy důležité dbát na pacientův názor ohledně nemocniční stravy a také na promítnutí příjmu doporučené stravy na hmotnostní rozdíl v průběhu zotavení. Prvním cílem bylo porovnání hmotnostního vývoje u sledovaných hospitalizovaných pacientů při nástupu k operaci a 5. den po operaci. Druhým cílem bylo zhodnocení stravy po operaci samotným pacientem a zjistit, jak se spokojenost promítla do hmotnostního úbytku. Třetím cílem bylo zhodnocení užívání doporučených výživových doplňků pacientů. Praktická část byla vyhodnocována z odpovědí provedeného dotazníkového šetření, kterého se účastnilo 16 pacientů hospitalizovaných na oddělení čelistní chirurgie ve VFN v období od ledna 2023 do března 2023, kteří podstoupili rekonstrukci čelistního kloubu totální náhradou. U stejných pacientů byl následně sledován hmotnosti vývoj. Z výsledku vyplynulo, že hmotnostní rozdíl pacientů po operaci čelistního kloubu průměrně činil 1,2 kg. Dále bylo... Patients in recovery receive a mixed diet for the first 3 days and then, if there are no complications, switch to a soft food diet. Many patients are concerned about postoperative pain, the overall course of hospitalization, and how the mixed food will not only taste but also look. Therefore, it is important to consider the patient's opinion regarding hospital food and how the intake of recommended food affects weight loss during recovery. The first goal was to compare weight changes in the observed hospitalized patients at the time of surgery and 5 days after surgery. The second goal was to evaluate the patient's diet after surgery and determine how satisfaction affected weight loss. The third goal was to evaluate patient use of nutritional supplements. The practical part was evaluated from the responses of a questionnaire survey, which involved 16 patients hospitalized in the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery at VFN from January 2023 to March 2023, who underwent temporomandibular joint reconstruction by total replacement.
