Východiska: Odvykací stav od kortikoidů, topical steroid withdrawal (syndrome), resp. red skin syndrome, tedy syndrom rudé kůže, je potenciální komplikace léčby lokálními kortikosteroidními externy. Práce se zabývá ověřením splnění kritérií závislosti na nich u pacientů léčených především na atopickou dermatitidu. Rovněž se věnuje odvykacímu stavu od kortikoidů. Cíle: Cílem je zjistit, zda některé obtíže a projevy pacientů dlouhodobě léčených zevní aplikací kortikoidů mohou být definovány podobně jako syndrom závislosti. Metody: Použitými metodami je zaprvé kvantitativní, a to anonymní online dotazníkové šetření mezi nositeli znaku, tj. odvykacího stavu od kortikoidů, které obsahovalo 10 otázek na kritéria závislosti podle DSM-5. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo téměř 900 uživatelů facebookové skupiny, jež sdružuje lidi s RSS v českém a slovenském prostředí. Zúčastnilo se ho 105 respondentů. Zadruhé kvalitativní - jednalo se o 3 kazuistiky (2 ženy a 1 muž, výběr byl příležitostný), u kterých byla odebrána anamnéza a spuštěno nahrávání polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Ty obsahovaly několik tematických otázek a také dotazy na kritéria závislosti podle MKN-10. Hlavní výsledky: Míra splnění kritérií závislosti u online dotazníku podle DSM-5 byla vyjádřena v procentech: 78,85 %. U dvou ze tří účastníků... Background: The topical steroid withdrawal (syndrome) or red skin syndrome is a possible topical steroid treatment complication. The bachelor's thesis looks up into patients on topical steroid dependency criteria by particularly atopic dermatitis patients treated with topical steroids. It also deals with the topical steroid withdrawal itself. Aims: The main aim is to get to know whether some difficulties and manifestations of the long-term-topical-steroid treated patients can be defined similarly like the dependency syndrome. Methods: The first method used for the research was quantitative, i.e. an anonymous online questionnaire survey among the trait carriers which included ten DSM-5 dependency criteria questions. In the research sample, there were approximately 900 potencial participants (members of a Facebook group that gathers Czech and Slovak people with RSS). 105 respondents participated. The second method was qualitative - 3 case studies (2 women, 1 man, trait carriers and the sampling was random) of participants whom the medical history were taken from and semi- structured interview were recorded.
