Rodinné konstelace jsou psychosociální metoda, která se zaměřuje na odhalování a řešení skrytých dynamik a vzorců chování v rodinných systémech, což umožňuje klientům nalézt nové pohledy na své problémy a vytvořit nové cesty k řešení. Rodinné konstelace se využívají k identifikaci a řešení různých problémů, jako jsou například rodinné konflikty, vztahové problémy, depresivní stavy, úzkostné poruchy a další. Avšak této metodě se nedostává dostatečné pozornosti ze strany široké veřejnosti, což byl jeden z faktorů, který mě vedl k volbě tohoto tématu. Tato bakalářská práce řeší vliv metody rodinných konstelací na fungování rodinného systému. Hlavní pozornost je věnována výpovědím aktivních účastníků této metody. K řešení bylo použito kvalitativní výzkumné šetření, realizované formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a kladoucí si za cíl zjistit subjektivně vnímané vlivy metody rodinných konstelací na fungování rodinného systému. Zajímalo mě, co účastníkům tato metoda přináší, a sice ve spojitosti s jejich rodinným systémem. Pro analýzu výpovědí byla využita metoda srovnávání a kontrastu. Provedeným výzkumem bylo prokázáno, že metoda rodinných konstelací má pozitivní vliv na fungování rodinného systému. Respondenti hlásili zlepšení v oblasti komunikace a uvolnění napjatých vztahů v rodině, což naznačuje,... Family constellations are a psychosocial method that focuses on uncovering and resolving hidden dynamics and behavior patterns in family systems, enabling clients to gain new perspectives on their problems and create new paths to solutions. This method is used to address various issues, such as family conflicts, relationship problems, depression, anxiety disorders, and others. However, despite its potential benefits, family constellations do not receive enough attention from the general public, which was one of the factors that led me to choose this topic. This bachelor's thesis examines the impact of the family constellations method on the functioning of the family system, with a main focus on the statements of active participants in this method. A qualitative research investigation was conducted in the form of a semi-structured interview, aiming to determine the subjective perceived impacts of the family constellations method on the functioning of the family system. Specifically, the study aimed to explore what this method brings to the participants in relation to their family system. The method of comparison and contrast was used for the analysis of statements.
