Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím a pokryvem země v severním suburbiu Českých Budějovic, které je vymezeno jako suburbánní lem katastrálních území obcí přímo sousedící s katastrálním územím krajského města Jihočeského kraje Českých Budějovic. Předkládaná práce sleduje změny krajinného pokryvu a jeho využití, které nastaly v zájmovém území mezi roky 2008 a 2011. V teoretické části je nejprve diskutována problematika suburbanizace a změn krajinného pokryvu a jeho využití v rámci České republiky. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou také mapy aktualizovaného stavu land use/land cover jednotlivých katastrálních území pro rok 2011 a tabulky sledující vývoj počtu a pohybu obyvatelstva mezi roky 2004 ? 2010 v těchto územích. This bachelor thesis deals with the land use and land cover in the northern suburbs of České Budějovice, which is defined as the suburban edge of the cadastral municipalities directly adjacent to the cadastral territory of the regional capital of South Bohemia České Budějovice. This thesis tracks changes in land cover and land use, occurring in the area of operations between 2008 and 2011. In the theoretical part are firstly discussed the problems of suburbanization and land cover changes and its use within the Czech Republic. The thesis also includes the maps of updated status of land use / land cover of the particular cadastral territories for the year 2011 and the charts following the development and movement of population between the years 2004 - 2010 in these areas.
