Cíl práce: Cílem výzkumu bylo zhodnotit, zda individuální edukace nutričním terapeutem má pozitivní vliv na celkovou léčbu pacientů, kteří trpí histaminovou intolerancí. Metody: K výzkumu bylo vybráno osmnáct pacientů s histaminovou intolerancí navštěvujících ambulanci Ústavu imunologie a mikrobiologie 1. LF UK a VFN. Výzkum dokončilo všech osmnáct z nich. Před edukací pacienti vyplnili dotazník a byla jim odebrána krev k následnému rozboru. Následovala poté cca hodinová konzultace s nutričním terapeutem, z které každý z pacientů obdržel i individuálně vytvořený výstup. Pacienti zároveň měli možnost kontaktovat s jakýmikoliv dotazy nutričního terapeuta pomocí emailu. Po třech měsících pacienti znovu vyplnili dotazník a byla jim znovu odebrána krev k následnému rozboru. Na základě těchto informací bylo porovnáváno, zda díky edukaci nutričním terapeutem došlo u pacientů s histaminovou intolerancí ke zlepšení jejich klinických obtíží a kvality života či nikoliv. U tří respondentů z důvodu akutní respirační infekce nebylo možné provést odběry před edukací. U dvou z nich byl odběr proveden po třech měsících, ale u jednoho nebylo možné kvůli onemocnění odebrat krev ani po třech měsících od edukace. I tito respondenti však byli do výzkumu zapojeni, protože u nich došlo k edukaci nutričním terapeutem a... Aim of thesis: The aim of the research was to evaluate whether individual education by a clinical dietitian has a positive effect on the overall treatment of patients suffering from histamine intolerance. Methods: Eighteen patients with histamine intolerance attending the allergy outpatient clinic of the Department of Immunology and Microbiology of 1st Medical Faculty and General University Hospital in Prague were selected for the study. All eighteen of them completed the study. Before education, the patients filled in a questionnaire and blood was taken for subsequent analysis. This was followed by an approximately one-hour consultation with a clinical dietitian, from which each patient also received an individually created output. Patients also had the opportunity to contact the clinical dietitian with any questions via email. After three months, the patients again completed the questionnaire and blood was drawn again for subsequent analysis. Based on this information, it was compared whether or not the patients with histamine intolerance had improved their clinical symptoms and quality of life due to education by the clinical dietitian.
