Hlavnou témou bakalárskej práce je implementácia štíhlej výroby na výrobnej linke v podniku Protherm Production s.r.o. Prvá časť práce pojednáva o teoretických prístupoch štíhlej výroby a metódach používaných pri jej implementácií. Druhá časť – analytická obsahuje predstavenie firmy, analýzu súčasného stavu výrobnej linky a materiálových tokoch na nej. Posledná časť predstavuje návrhy pre optimálnejšiu a štíhlejšiu montáž kotlov na linke. Main theme of my bachelor thesis is implementation of lean manufacturing on the production line in Protherm Production s.r.o. First part deals with theoretical approaches of lean manufacturing and methods used in its implementation. Second part – analytical consist of a presentation of the company, analysis of the current state of production line and material flows on it. The last part presents proposals for more optimal and leaner installation of boilers on the line.
