Cílem bakalářské práce je provést rozbor nákladů v podniku a to především nákladů na výrobní faktor - práce. Nejprve je čerpáno z odborné literatury a z internetu. V praktické části byl zvolen podnik, jehož hlavní činností je rostlinná a živočišná výroba. V práci můžete najít charakteristiku zaměstnanců. Další bod práce se zabývá ekonomickou situací. Bylo pracováno s produktivitou práce. Mzdový systém v podniku byl analyzován. Vývoj průměrné mzdy byl porovnán s vývojem průměrné mzdy v České republice v zemědělství. Na konci jsou popsány návrhy na zlepšení hospodářské situace podniku. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to make the analysis of costs in a company especially costs of production factor - work. At first it has been drawn from the professional literature and the Internet. In the practical part it has been chosen the company, whose main activity is plant and animal production. In the thesis you can find characterization of employee. Other point of thesis deals with the economic situation. It has been worked with the productivity of labor. The wage payment plant in the company has been analyzed. The progress of average wages has been compared with the progress of average wages in the Czech Republic in the agriculture. At the end it has been desribed the proposals for the improvement of the company economic situation.
