Tato práce se zaměřuje na benchmarking evolučních algoritmů s podporou náhradních modelů. Jedná se o oblast, která dosud nebyla tak hloubkově prozkoumána jako tradiční evoluční metody. Cílem je identifikovat a analyzovat nejlepší dostupné algoritmy tohoto typu a poukázat na jejich potenciální využití. Práce začíná definicí optimalizačního problému, následuje teoretický přehled benchmarkingu, jeho význam a~nástroje. Poté jsou podrobně popsány vybrané evoluční metody, které jsou následně implementovány v softwaru MATLAB. Z osmi testovaných metod se metoda SAMSO ukázala jako nejúčinnější, společně s metodami LSADE, ESA a TS-DDEO. Výsledky ukazují, že tyto metody nabízejí významný potenciál pro řešení komplexních optimalizačních problémů a otevírají nové možnosti pro další výzkum v této oblasti. This thesis focuses on the benchmarking of surrogate-assisted evolutionary algorithms, an area that has not yet been explored as deeply as traditional evolutionary methods. The aim is to identify and analyze the best available algorithms of this type and highlight their potential applications. The paper begins with the definition of an optimization problem, followed by a theoretical overview of benchmarking, its significance, and tools. Subsequently, selected evolutionary methods are detailed and then implemented in MATLAB software for the experimental part of the work. Out of eight tested methods, the SAMSO method proved to be the most effective, along with the LSADE, ESA, and TS-DDEO methods. The results show that these methods offer significant potential for solving complex optimization problems and open up new possibilities for further research in this field.
