Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem segmentu výrobní linky, která má za úkol automaticky otestovat těsnost segmentu tepelného čerpadla. Pojednává tedy o různých druzích řešení dílčích problémů s manipulací a testováním. Výsledkem je volba nejvhodnějších konceptů, které jsou navrženy a následně zpracovány do 3D modelu. U vybraných částí jsou dále vytvořeny simulace jejich optimalizací. Na konci je stručně popsána realizace projektu. Součástí práce je vybraná výkresová dokumentace a pneumatické schéma stroje. This diploma thesis deals with the design of a production line segment, which is supposed to do automated testing of the heat pump segment tightness. It discusses different kinds of handling and testing problems. The result is choice of the most suitable concepts, which are designed and then processed into a 3D model. Simulations are created for selected parts to optimize them. At the end, the implementation of the project is briefly described. Part of the work is drawing documentation and a pneumatic diagram of the machine.
