Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem parního plynového kotle s parním výkonem 50 t/h. Požadovanými výstupními parametry páry jsou teplota 425 °C a tlak 3,6 MPa. Po krátkém teoretickém úvodu je provedena stechiometrie spalování. Následně je proveden výpočet rosného bodu, účinnosti kotle a množství paliva přiváděného do kotle. Na základě dalších tepelných výpočtů je vytvořen rozměrový návrh spalovací komory a dalších teplosměnných ploch. Navržený bubnový kotel se skládá ze tří tahů. V závěru práce jsou provedeny kontrolní výpočty. Z výsledných parametrů je vytvořen návrhový výkres kotle. The diploma thesis deals with the design of a steam gas boiler with a steam output of 50 t/h. The required steam output parameters are a temperature of 425 °C and a pressure of 3,6 MPa. After a short theoretical introduction, combustion stoichiometry is performed. Subsequently, the dew point, boiler efficiency and the amount of fuel supplied to the boiler are calculated. On the basis of further thermal calculations, a dimensional design of the combustion chamber and other heat exchange surfaces is created. The proposed drum boiler consists of three strokes. At the end of the work, control calculations are performed. A design drawing of the boiler is created from the resulting parameters.
