Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh vhodné technologie výroby pro otvírák láhvových uzávěrů, který je vyráběn z korozivzdorné oceli X12CrNi18–8. Výrobní série je stanovena na 250 000 kusů ročně. Jako polotovar je zvolen svitek plechu o tloušťce 1 mm. Po zhodnocení možných výrobních variant je zvolena jako nejvhodnější technologie výroba v postupovém sdruženém nástroji. Díl je zhotoven v pěti krocích, zahrnujících technologii stříhání a ohýbání. Pro zvolené technologie výroby je vypracovaná literární rešerše a následně provedeny potřebné technologické, konstrukční a kontrolní výpočty. K výrobě otvíráku je zvolen jako tvářecí stroj lis PE45M od firmy Vaptech, který splňuje všechny potřebné požadavky. Zavedení svitku plechu do stroje probíhá pomocí odvíjecího, rovnacího a podávacího zařízení. The diploma thesis is focused on the design of a suitable production technology for a bottle cap opener, which is made of stainless steel X12CTNi18–8. The production series is set at 250,000 pieces a year. A sheet roll with a thickness of 1 mm is selected as a semi-finished product. After evaluating the possible production variants, the most suitable technology is the production in a combined process tool. The part is made in five steps, involving shearing and bending technology. A literature review is prepared for the chosen production technologies and then the necessary technological, construction and control calculations are done. The press PE45M from Vaptech company is chosen as the facing machine for the production of the opener, which keeps all the necessary requirements. The insert of the sheet roll into the machine is going to be done with the help of unwinding, straightening and feeding devices.
